This block print was inspired by Harriet Powers, a native Georgian emancipated in 1863 and quilt maker whose bold narrative style illustrated current events in colorful shapes. This print won an award at Northwind Gallery in Port Townsend Printmaker show in 2020.
I am selling this print to support another Georgian in her bid for the governorship to bring democracy and justice to the citizens of her state.
